On September 3, in Hanoi, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Le Minh Hoan chaired a meeting on the implementation of Plan No. 39-KH/DUQH of the National Assembly Party Committee on the movement "Digital Citizen Education - Digital National Assembly".

At the meeting, delegates emphasized that the implementation of the "Digital Civil Servants - Digital National Assembly" movement aims to popularize knowledge, technology, and digital skills for National Assembly delegates and the staff, civil servants, and public employees of the National Assembly Office.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Le Minh Hoan suggested that in platforms, videos, and learning materials serving the movement "Digital electives - Digital National Assembly", it is necessary to summarize the digital transformation process of the National Assembly from March 2025 to present.

At the same time, the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly also proposed to soon draft classroom regulations and disseminate the results that have been done well in implementing the National Assembly's digital transformation.

The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly noted that the final result of the movement "Digital elections - Digital National Assembly" is what people benefit from digital transformation in the activities of the National Assembly.

Therefore, according to Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Le Minh Hoan, it is necessary to measure and specifically evaluate the changes of agencies and units in terms of time and effectiveness in handling work.

In addition, pay attention to creating interest in the training process, training knowledge, skills, and digital technology for cadres, civil servants, and public employees in agencies of the National Assembly and the National Assembly Office.
