Collecting opinions on the overall adjustment of the Red River urban sub-area plan

The People's Committee of Hong Ha ward said that, implementing the Plan of the Hanoi Department of Construction on collecting opinions on the Overall Adjustment of the Red River Urban Subdivision Plan, scale 1/5000 (section from Hong Ha bridge to Me So bridge), Hong Ha ward will coordinate to implement the contents of collecting opinions from agencies, organizations and residential communities in the area according to regulations.

Hong Ha Ward People's Committee will coordinate with specialized agencies of the city, the Architectural Planning Project Management Board and the Hanoi Institute of Construction Planning in listing, publicizing dossiers, receiving and summarizing people's opinions. At the same time, coordinate to carry out information and propaganda work related to planning and the Project to invest in the construction of the Red River Landscape Avenue.

The organization of the opinion collection is carried out publicly, transparently, and in accordance with regulations, in order to promote the people's right to participate, contributing to completing the overall adjustment plan of the Red River urban sub-area plan, scale 1/5000, section from Hong Ha bridge to Me So bridge, meeting the requirements of urban development, infrastructure and landscape space of the Capital in the coming time.

Previously, on September 5, the Department of Construction issued a plan to collect opinions on the overall adjustment of the Red River urban sub-area plan, scale 1/5000 (section from Hong Ha bridge to Me So bridge).

According to the plan, organize to collect opinions from agencies and organizations within the planning boundaries and in the area affected by the plan.

People's Committees of 16 wards and communes within the planning boundaries include wards: Thuong Cat, Dong Ngac, Phu Thuong, Hong Ha, Bo De, Long Bien, Linh Nam; communes: O Dien, Me Linh, Thien Loc, Vinh Thanh, Dong Anh, Bat Trang, Thanh Tri, Nam Phu, Hong Van.

People's Committees of 8 wards and communes in the planning affected area include wards: Tay Ho, Hoan Kiem, Cua Nam, Hai Ba Trung, Vinh Tuy, Vinh Hung, Yen So and Yen Lang commune.

People's Committees of wards and communes are responsible for sending dossiers to organizations in the area (if any) for research and written opinions. Agencies and organizations have written opinions within 15 days from the date of receipt of the dossier; send them to the People's Committees of communes and wards for summarization according to regulations.

Listing and displaying planning documents (accompanied by opinion forms) at the headquarters of the People's Committee of communes and wards or public activity points of the planning area and in the area affected by the plan for the People's Committees of wards and communes to receive and summarize opinions from the residential community according to regulations.

Upload planning documents (accompanied by electronic opinion forms) on the electronic information page of the Department of Construction, Hanoi Institute of Construction Planning and local information system. Receive and summarize community opinions through electronic opinion forms.

The time to collect opinions is 20 days from the date of publicizing the content of the opinion collection.

In addition, organize to collect opinions from the residential community throughout the city in the form of posting planning documents (accompanied by electronic opinion forms) on the electronic information page of the City People's Committee, Department of Construction and Hanoi Institute of Planning and Construction. Receive and summarize residential community opinions through electronic opinion forms. Time to collect opinions: 20 days from the date of posting the content of the opinion collection.
