Lang Son assigns tasks to the Chairman and 3 Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee

Lang Son Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Decision on assigning the work of the Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee for the term 2026 - 2031.

According to the decision, Mr. Nguyen Canh Toan, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leads, manages, generally manages and directly handles major, important, and strategic tasks.

He is in charge of national defense and security; strategy and provincial planning; socio-economic development plan for 6 months and the whole year.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also generally directed the development and implementation of medium-term and annual public investment plans; management of internal affairs, inspection, citizen reception, settlement of complaints and denunciations, prevention of corruption, wastefulness, negativity and sanctioning administrative violations.

Mr. Dinh Huu Hoc was assigned to be the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Mr. Hoc also directed the fields of construction, transportation, urban infrastructure, housing, real estate market, natural resources and environment, compensation, support, resettlement; disaster prevention, fire prevention and fighting and anti-smuggling, trade fraud.

Vice Chairman Doan Thanh Son is in charge of the general economics sector, including finance, auditing, banking, price management, public assets, customs, tax, trade, collective economy, business development and provincial competitiveness index.

He is also in charge of justice, civil judgment enforcement, culture, sports, tourism, UNESCO Global Geopark, science and technology, innovation, digital transformation and digital data management.

Vice Chairman Tran Thanh Nhan is in charge of agriculture, forestry, fishery, irrigation, new rural construction, poverty reduction; health, population, social protection, children, education and training.
