Hai Duong starts construction of provincial road 394B and opens the East-West axis road
Hai Duong - Hai Duong province has just started construction of provincial road 394B and opened the East-West axis road for technical traffic, contributing to the completion of traffic infrastructure.
On April 19, in Nhan Quyen commune (Binh Giang district), the People's Committee of Hai Duong province held a groundbreaking ceremony for the investment project to build provincial road 394B (section connecting from provincial road 395 to the North - South axis, Thanh Mien district) and opened the technical traffic of the investment project to build the East - West axis road.
At the ceremony, Mr. Trinh Nam Hung - Director of the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the Provincial Road 394B Investment Project and the East-West Axis Construction Investment Project are the main traffic routes in the South of Hai Duong province, forming an inter-regional traffic axis, connecting National Highway 5 with the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway, National Highway 38B, National Highway 10; connecting the districts of Cam Giang, Binh Giang, Thanh Mien, Ninh Giang, Tu Ky; contributing to completing the planning of regional transport infrastructure, creating favorable conditions to attract investors of the Hai Duong Specialized Economic Zone in formation, will create a breakthrough in the socio-economic situation of Hai Duong province.
The Head of the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board hopes to continue to receive close attention and direction, creating conditions from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, the coordination of departments, branches, sectors and localities in the province.

The total length of the route is more than 6.7 km, the scale of a grade II plain road, including intersections and service roads. The total investment is more than 1,200 billion VND.
The East-West Axis Road Construction Investment Project, Hai Duong Province, is being implemented in the districts of Binh Giang, Thanh Mien, Ninh Giang, Tu Ky, Thanh Ha.The total length of the route is nearly 36.5 km, the scale of a grade III plain road.The total investment of the project is nearly 1,800 billion VND.
