Quang Ninh - Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee has just had a plan to arrange and resolve policies for non-specialized workers at commune and village, hamlet, and neighborhood levels.

According to Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, based on the dossiers of proposals from the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones, the Department of Home Affairs has coordinated with the Department of Finance, Provincial Social Insurance, and Provincial Inspectorate to appraise and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval the list of 986 cases of resignation to enjoy staff streamlining policies; approved funding for 934 cases with 139.768 billion VND (currently appraising to approve funding for the remaining 52 cases).

By June 1, 2026, the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones have ended the use of non-specialized personnel at the commune level according to the direction of the Central Government. Currently, localities are preparing dossiers requesting the Department of Home Affairs to appraise and resolve streamlining policies for 319 cases under Decree No. 154/2025/ND-CP after the end of operation.
