Dien Bien announces a series of decisions on personnel work

Accordingly, from November 4, Mr. Pham Duc Toan - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien province was transferred and assigned to the position of Head of the Organization Committee of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee.

From November 10, Mr. Le Khanh Hoa - Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office was transferred and appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary (sponsorship) of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang - Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office will perform the duties of Acting Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office until the completion.

Mr. Pham Trong Tai - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction was transferred and held the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

Speaking at the event, Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee Tran Tien Dung suggested that the comrades continue to cultivate and promote their experience in performing tasks; ensure that cadres implement and operate the local government at both levels effectively and efficiently.

Representing the 4 comrades who were transferred and assigned tasks, Mr. Pham Duc Toan - Head of the Organizing Committee of Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee promised to continuously strive, cultivate political mettle, professional qualifications with the collective, agencies and units to carry out the tasks.
