Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc elected Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee
Hung Yen - In the afternoon of April 9, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term held a conference to elect the title of Provincial Party Secretary and introduce key personnel.
At the conference, delegates unanimously elected Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - to hold the position of Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025-2030.
On the same day, the Office of the Party Central Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 1626-CV/VPTW, announcing the opinion of the Politburo agreeing to introduce Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc to be elected as Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the new term.
Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc was born on January 20, 1973, from Yen Khanh commune, Ninh Binh province; joined the Party on June 24, 2002. He has a Bachelor of Biology, Master of Environmental Science, Doctor of Animal Husbandry qualifications; advanced political theory.
Within the framework of the conference, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee also unanimously introduced Mr. Tran Quoc Van - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term to continue to hold the position of Chairman of the Hung Yen Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.
At the same time, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee unanimously introduced Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025-2030 to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee for the term 2026-2031.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Quyen was born on April 24, 1975, from Ung Hoa commune, Hanoi city; joined the Party on February 3, 2000; holds a PhD, Master of Public Administration, Bachelor of Administration and Bachelor of English; advanced political theory.
The conference also agreed to introduce personnel to elect Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council for the 2026-2031 term, including: Mr. Le Xuan Tien, Mr. Dang Thanh Giang, Ms. Tran Thi Tuyet Huong, Mr. Vu Ngoc Tri.
For the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2026-2031 term, the conference unanimously introduced Mr. Nguyen Le Huy, Le Quang Hoa, Nguyen Hung Nam, Pham Van Nghiem and Lai Van Hoan.
