Accordingly, ensuring the comprehensive and direct leadership of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat and the National Assembly Party Committee in performing the functions and tasks of the National Assembly is a consistent requirement.
Continue to strongly innovate legislative thinking towards creating development, improving the capacity to institutionalize the Party's guidelines and policies into laws along with strengthening supervision and inspection of the institutionalization and implementation of Party resolutions and State laws.
Closely follow the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and the direction of the Politburo to effectively develop and organize the implementation of the action program of the National Assembly Party Committee and orient the entire legislative program.
