Establishing a grassroots trade union at Xuan Son Cement Factory
Phu Tho - The grassroots trade union of Xuan Khiem Group Joint Stock Company - Xuan Son Cement Factory was officially established, a support for more than 200 workers and laborers.
On January 12, the Phu Tho Provincial Federation of Labor announced that the unit had just coordinated with the Yen Thuy Commune Union to organize a Ceremony to announce decisions on union work, marking the birth of the grassroots union of Xuan Khiem Group Joint Stock Company - Xuan Son Cement Factory.
Attending and congratulating the ceremony Mr. Do Ngoc Anh - Vice Chairman of the Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation, along with representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation's Trade Union Working Committee, leaders of Party committees and authorities of Yen Thuy and Yen Tri communes. On the enterprise side, there were leaders of Xuan Khiem Group and the Board of Directors of Xuan Son Cement Factory.
At the announcement ceremony, 35 union members representing 126 union members out of a total of 200 workers and laborers of the factory attended.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions is expected to promote the role of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights of workers, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations in enterprises.
