Establishment of the Hoa Binh Ba Tri Clinic Grassroots Trade Union with 100% of employees participating
Vinh Long The grassroots trade union of Hoa Binh Ba Tri General Clinic Company Limited has just been established with 31/31 employees participating, reaching a rate of 100%.
On September 23, the Standing Committee of the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor (VFF) held a conference to establish the grassroots trade union of Hoa Binh Ba Tri General Clinic Company Limited, located in An Hoa hamlet, Ba Tri commune, Vinh Long province.

Hoa Binh Ba Tri General Clinic Company Limited has been operating since July 2022, currently has 31 employees. All participated in the newly established grassroots trade union, reaching a rate of 100%.
The Executive Committee of the Trade Union consists of 3 comrades, the Inspection Committee also has 3 comrades. In which, comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Thi holds the position of Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thang said that the establishment of a grassroots trade union at Hoa Binh Ba Tri General Clinic Company Limited is of great significance in gathering and mobilizing union members and workers to actively participate in production.
This activity contributes to improving the effectiveness of the unit's operations, while demonstrating the role of the Trade Union organization in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights of workers.
The grassroots trade union is also a place to represent, care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers. Thereby, creating a connection between employers and workers, helping the working environment to become more stable and harmonious.
"This will be an important foundation for establishing the Ba Tri Commune Trade Union, contributing to building a strong Trade Union organization, while helping the unit develop stably and sustainably," Mr. Thang emphasized this content.
