Establishment of the grassroots trade union of Vietnam InNova Co., Ltd. in Hai Phong

InNova Vietnam Co., Ltd. 100% Taiwanese (China) investment capital, located at VSIP Hai Phong Industrial Park. The company's production and business line is research and development of model shoes.

The company officially went into stable operation from March 2026, currently with 107 Vietnamese workers working, including 81 female workers.

With dedicated guidance and full support from the Industrial Park Trade Union Board, on April 24, the Company's Trade Union Establishment Mobilization Board was established.

From April 24 - 29, the Mobilization Committee organized propaganda sessions to help workers understand the rights and tasks of union members as well as the role of trade union organizations in the company. After the propaganda process, 100% of workers (107 people) at that time applied to join the trade union organization.

At the ceremony, leaders of the City Labor Federation presented decisions to establish grassroots trade unions and admit 107 trade union members. The Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union was launched with 3 members, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh holding the position of Chairwoman of the Trade Union.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh committed that, with all efforts and determination, the Trade Union Executive Committee will build the Trade Union of Vietnam InNova Co., Ltd. into a strong organization, truly a solid support for employees, contributing to the sustainable development of the company.

Mr. Tran Van Thang - Deputy Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union - requested that the grassroots trade union executive committee urgently study the collective labor agreement between the trade union and business leaders to unify and mobilize clauses that are better than the law; grassroots trade unions should do a good job of care.

Listening to reflect and propose to the Board of Directors some issues such as facilities, working conditions, working environment, meals, salaries, bonuses...

Mr. Thang also requested workers when participating in trade union organizations to be enthusiastic and responsible to develop businesses and show the professionalism of Vietnamese workers.
