Tay Ninh listens and seeks solutions to remove difficulties in trade union activities

Mr. Tran Le Duy - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor chaired the conference.

The conference focused on discussing, giving opinions and contributions to many important contents, serving as a basis for the activities of the provincial trade union organization in the new term. In particular, the delegates reviewed the draft Regulations on the operation of the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, Inspection Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor; The full-term work program of the Provincial Federation of Labor Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

The conference also took time for delegates to reflect and discuss the difficulties and problems in the operation of commune, ward and grassroots trade unions in recent times.

Many opinions say that, in the context of many fluctuations in the labor and employment situation, grassroots union cadres face a lot of pressure in caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers. Delegates proposed to increase training and fostering skills for grassroots union officials, while having appropriate support mechanisms to improve operational efficiency.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Le Duy acknowledged the enthusiastic contributions of the delegates, and at the same time informed about some new points and key contents of the 14th National Congress of the Party. The Chairman of the Tay Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized that these are important orientations for trade unions at all levels in the province to concretize into the action program, contributing to the good implementation of political tasks in the 2025-2030 term.
