The shining example of dedicated and creative Party members at LPBank

In which, Ms. Le Thi Ly Anh, Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of the grassroots Party Committee, Head of the Office of the grassroots Party Committee, Standing Member of the grassroots Trade Union (CDCS) of Loc Phat Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank (LPBank) is the only representative of the banking industry to be honored.

The first impression in her achievement report is the 8 initiatives recognized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in the $1 million initiative movement", which are: Innovation in guiding procedures for admitting new party members; Creativity in organizing party member admission ceremonies and Party cell activities; Creativity in training and coaching on procedures and records for admitting party members; Initiatives in directing and implementing union activities via internal email; replicating typical good practices, helping other units to successfully complete the work of organizing Party cell congresses; Using 4.0 technology to improve the quality of union activities.

These initiatives not only ensure that trade union and Party activities are not interrupted during the epidemic but also demonstrate professionalism, attract attention, gather the masses, help businesses save costs and enhance their reputation. In particular, they open up a new perspective on Party work and a form of learning from the moral example of Ho Chi Minh, creating a spirit of solidarity and the will to rise up for cadres, party members and workers.

For nearly 27 years as a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Ms. Le Thi Ly Anh has always strived to build a strong Party organization, helping the Party Committee direct the work of developing and issuing documents guiding and directing the effectiveness of organization, inspection, finance, office work, and maintaining discipline.

As Deputy Secretary of the Northern Party Cell, she contributed to helping the Party Cell to lead and direct the Party Cell's activities to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress, exceeding the target of developing new Party members, advising on personnel work, organizing Party Cell activities in a disciplined manner, and not producing Party members.

In union work, she cares about the material and spiritual life of union members, advises on the development of policy mechanisms, organizes meaningful programs for staff, and directs the implementation of union activities with outstanding achievements.

As Head of the Trade Union Office, she advised and assisted effectively, directed emulation movements, social security activities, cared for workers' lives, supported people affected by natural disasters, and implemented major movement activities of the Bank.

She also did well the assigned tasks such as developing a social security program to give gifts to encourage learning, implementing the Voluntary Blood Donation Festival, and the Tree Planting Festival.

Ms. Le Thi Ly Anh's efforts have been recognized by the Banking Party Committee, and for many consecutive years she has received a Certificate of Merit as a Party member for excellently completing her tasks.
