The shining example of outstanding Party members and technical workers
During more than 20 years of work, comrade Le Chi Mong (born in 1982) has overcome many difficulties and challenges, constantly practicing and striving to become an excellent technical worker with high skills.
Comrade Le Chi Mong is a shining example of a Party member and outstanding technical worker who constantly trains, strives and contributes to the development of the unit. With his continuous efforts, he was honored to be in the ranks of the Communist Party of Vietnam in 2009.
During his work, he always absolutely believed in and strictly followed the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and the unit's rules and regulations. He constantly trains, cultivates ethics, actively studies, improves professional qualifications, skills and professional skills. He always shows exemplary behavior, takes the lead in work, and is willing to help his colleagues complete their tasks well. Those valuable qualities have helped him receive high appreciation from the collective, demonstrated through the results of the year-end quality assessment of party members at the unit and many certificates of merit and certificates of merit from superiors.
Having been attached to the Suoi Xanh Beverage Enterprise under Tien Giang Food Company since its inception (in 2003), comrade Le Chi Mong has grasped the operating principles of the equipment and machinery chain. He has many outstanding initiatives, bringing great benefits to the unit in ensuring production quality, helping the machinery and equipment line operate stably and effectively.
In his work, he always closely follows the plan and production and business tasks of the unit, thereby making a plan for the technical team to monitor, supervise, maintain and service machinery and equipment, ensuring stable production activities. Every day, he and his technical team check, detect and promptly repair small damage. The technical team also has to arrange to work overtime to ensure no interruption in production activities, such as maintenance, repair of machinery and equipment, periodic cleaning of water filtration systems, etc. He always seeks technical solutions and technical innovation initiatives, contributing to increasing productivity, reducing costs and improving product quality.
From practical work, with passion and enthusiasm, comrade Le Chi Mong has had 04 initiatives: Installing a table to raise and lower the pallet of the bottle; Improving the 5-Gallon bottle chlorine spraying machine; Installing an automatic bottle washer with clean water after the bottle shell is disinfected with chlorine; Improving the bottle spraying system to clean water outside the bottle shell of the 5-Gallon bottle drainage line. The total effective savings for the unit are up to 110,544,000 VND.
With outstanding achievements over many consecutive years, comrade Le Chi Mong is currently the Head of the Technical Team of Suoi Xanh Beverage Enterprise, a unit under Tien Giang Food Company, Southern Food Corporation.
At the 1st National Conference " Recognizing outstanding workers as members of the Communist Party of Vietnam" in 2025 organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on February 16, 2025 in Hanoi, comrade Le Chi Mong was honored to represent the team of workers who are members of the agricultural and rural development sector, and was one of 95 delegates commended and honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Comrade Le Chi Mong is truly a shining example for each of us to learn from and follow.
