In addition, the unit also installed 3 breast milk collection and storage rooms and supported labor in raising young children until they are 71 months old, with an amount of 100,000 VND/child/month; added 1 box of milk for pregnant mothers in the shift meal.

After the merger, Can Tho City Labor Federation has 881 grassroots unions and unions with nearly 140,000 union members. For the 2025-2030 term, the City Trade Union sets a target of striving to develop union members to at least 90% of the actual increase of the labor force of workers and laborers in the industrial - construction sector; recruiting at least 80,000 new union members.
On that basis, the City Labor Federation will actively innovate the content and methods of operation, taking the quality of grassroots trade union activities as a driving force to promote the gathering and mobilization of union members and workers to participate in the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
