An Hai Ward Trade Union, Da Nang establishes new grassroots trade union
Da Nang - An Hai Ward Trade Union established a new grassroots trade union with 40 union members.
News from the An Hai Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City on January 24 said: The An Hai Ward Trade Union held a ceremony to announce the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Labor Federation on establishing grassroots trade unions and admitting union members.
Accordingly, the Da Nang City Labor Federation admitted 40 employees of Altara Asset Management Company Limited - Da Nang Branch to the Vietnam Trade Union; established a branch trade union in Da Nang of Altara Asset Management Company Limited.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Do Duc Tinh, Chairman of the An Hai Ward Trade Union, congratulated the newly established grassroots trade union. At the same time, he emphasized that the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union needs to quickly stabilize the organization, develop operating regulations, and assign specific tasks to each member.
Proactively develop a work program and an action plan in accordance with the actual conditions of the company, perform assigned functions and tasks, perform well the role of representative, care for and protect the rights of union members and workers.
In particular, organize practical activities to care for workers during the 2026 Lunar New Year.
Up to now, the An Hai Ward Trade Union has managed 100 grassroots unions with 4,748 union members.
