Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, Da Nang Establishes Another Grassroots Trade Union

News from the Trade Union of Nam Phuoc Commune, Da Nang City on January 18 said: The Trade Union of Nam Phuoc Commune held a Conference to announce the Decision to establish the Trade Union of My Son General Clinic Company Limited (located in Thu Bon Commune).

The My Son General Clinic Company Limited's grassroots union has 18 union members; the Executive Committee consists of 3 members; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Ly holds the position of Chairwoman of the grassroots union.

At the conference, the Nam Phuoc Commune Union disseminated the rights and obligations of union members and the responsibilities of the Executive Committee; and presented 3 support gifts to union members in difficult circumstances.

The representative of the Board of Directors of My Son General Clinic Company Limited also pledged to create conditions for the grassroots Trade Union to operate effectively; coordinate with the Commune Trade Union to organize free health check-ups for union members and workers in the area.

Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union currently manages 23 grassroots trade unions with more than 2,000 union members.

In the new year 2026, the Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union has identified the focus as continuing to innovate the content and methods of operation; developing 1,500 new union members, focusing on the Huy Hoang Garment Company Limited Trade Union, enterprises in the area and Hoi An area.

Establishing 5-7 new grassroots trade unions; improving the quality of grassroots trade union activities, building a strong trade union organization.
