Regarding the implementation of National Assembly No. 02, in the past 3 years, Ho Chi Minh City Trade Unions at all levels have developed nearly 433,000 union members, of which the non-state sector has developed more than 406,000 union members, establishing 3,084 grassroots unions. The "Union member welfare" program has benefited over 370,500 union members with a total amount of more than 67 billion VND.

Union at all levels have innovated the content and methods of operation, developed union members and built a strong grassroots union organization, promoting the representative role in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees.
