Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for 600 union officials
The Thai Binh Provincial Federation of Labor (TPL) has just organized a conference to study and disseminate the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the topic "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" in 2024 for full-time union officials and grassroots union officials in the whole province.
The conference was attended by Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and 600 delegates working in trade unions across the province.
At the conference, delegates were informed by the leaders of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department of the two main parts of the topic "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" in 2024.
This is a topic that provides basic contents of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; the Party's view on promoting democracy and caring for people's lives; the process of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee applying Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, the Party's view on promoting democracy and caring for people's lives into local practice; the experiences and solutions of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee in promoting democracy and caring for people's lives, to build Thai Binh into an exemplary province in all aspects in the coming time.
In addition, this topic is used in the activities of Party cells, unions, agencies and units of the political system and is widely disseminated to all people.
Also at the conference, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu thoroughly grasped some basic contents in the documents of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to delegates such as: context, situation, goals, targets for the 2023 - 2028 term; tasks and solutions in the work of building trade union organizations, trade union finance, women's union work for the 2023 - 2028 term; thematic programs and resolutions to implement the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Accordingly, trade unions at all levels proactively advise the Party Committee; grasp and promptly concretize the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws, in accordance with the tasks of each trade union level and the reality of the industry, locality and unit.
Promote close coordination with all levels and sectors in building policies and mechanisms related to employees, mobilizing resources to care for union members and employees and handling complex and sensitive situations...
Through the conference, it aims to help trade union officials at all levels deeply understand the content of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; contribute to fostering and practicing moral qualities and lifestyle, uphold the spirit of innovation and creativity, be determined to overcome all difficulties, successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, and build a strong trade union organization.
