Handing over 2 houses of gratitude to people in difficult circumstances in Cam Lam
Khanh Hoa - The locality and the sponsor have organized the donation of 2 houses of gratitude to people in difficult circumstances in the area.
On the morning of June 24, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cam Lam commune coordinated with Bien Dong Bai Dai Co., Ltd. (The Anam Group) - the investor of The Anam Cam Ranh Resort to organize the donation of 2 houses of gratitude to people in difficult circumstances in the area.
According to Mr. Pham Van Hien - Chairman of The Anam Group's Member Council, in the past time, the activity of donating houses of gratitude and supporting difficult circumstances in many localities is the responsibility of businesses in accompanying the community and localities where the unit operates.
One of the two cases awarded gratitude houses this time is Ms. Truong Thi Loi (75 years old, residing in Lap Dinh 1 village) with a total amount of 90 million VND.
Ms. Loi is in particularly difficult circumstances, although she has relatives, she is currently living alone in a degraded house.
Previously, Ms. Loi's house was not safe, especially during the rainy and storm season.
From the above reality, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune surveyed and coordinated with businesses to build a new gratitude house for Ms. Loi. After the house was completed, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune continued to mobilize volunteers to support care and cleaning of the house so that Ms. Loi could stabilize her life.
Also on June 24, the working delegation organized the inauguration of a new house for Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan (resident of Vinh Thai village) with a total construction cost of 150 million VND.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan is in particularly difficult circumstances. His wife died early, and he alone has to work hard to raise 4 children to study.
Sharing on the day of receiving the house, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan expressed his joy that his family has a spacious and stable place to live, and he himself will be assured in his work and continue to contribute to the development of the business and the locality.
