Tay Ninh joins hands to build bridges, hand over houses, and support people to escape poverty

On September 11, in Tuyen Binh commune (Tay Ninh province), the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Tay Ninh province organized the Launching Ceremony of the emulation movement "Joining hands to build new rural areas, sustainable poverty reduction in the period 2026 - 2030" and the inauguration of the rural traffic bridge project.

At the ceremony, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh province received resources from accompanying units to implement social security activities, care for students in difficult circumstances and build practical models at the grassroots level.

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh province awarded funds to build "Great Unity" houses for 2 households in Ca Rung hamlet, Tuyen Binh commune, each household was supported with 80 million VND. The unit also presented 20 trash cans to the locality, with a total value of 20 million VND, serving the model "Solidarity, safety, prosperity, happiness residential area", contributing to raising awareness of sorting and collecting waste at source.

Along with that, Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union supported Tuyen Binh commune with 300 national flags to implement the "National Flag Road" project and 500 star trees and oil trees, with a total value of 50 million VND. Tay Ninh Provincial Farmers' Association mobilized to donate 3 "Farmers' Warm Houses" houses to members in difficult housing circumstances, helping families stabilize their lives.

The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh province coordinated with the Party Committee and People's Committee of Tuyen Binh commune to organize the inauguration ceremony of 3 rural transport projects including Ten Lua 1 bridge, Hai Hoc bridge and Rach Bay bridge in Tuyen Binh commune.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh province said that the launch of the movement is of practical significance, showing the responsibility of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and the entire political system in building new rural areas and sustainable poverty reduction.

According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, the movement after the launching ceremony needs to be deployed widely and substantively with specific programs, projects, and tasks directly serving the People. In which, there need to be more bridges and roads serving travel and production; houses to help people settle down; suitable and effective livelihood models; supporting students to go to school and building green, clean, and safe residential areas.

The actual effectiveness and satisfaction of the People must be seen as a measure of the movement," Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai emphasized.

From bridges connecting both banks, roofs helping people stabilize their lives to hundreds of flags and green trees being awarded, the movement is being concretized by works close to the people, close to the needs of the people. Through this, the spirit of joining hands to build new rural areas and sustainable poverty reduction is expected to create more practical changes right from the grassroots level.
