Picking up 3 phones, Hai Phong tourist asks police to find owners
Hai Phong - Picking up 3 phones while traveling to Cat Ba, a young man from Hai Phong went to Cat Hai Special Zone Police to return them to the person who lost them.
At about 5 pm on September 1, while visiting and admiring the scenery at the observation hut in Hien Hao village, Cat Hai special zone, Mr. Ho Van Hieu (born in 1998, residing in Cung Chuc village, Vinh Thinh commune, Hai Phong) discovered some abandoned assets in the area near the stone railing.
Through inspection, Mr. Hieu noticed that they were 3 used mobile phones, including: 1 white iPhone 7; 1 black Samsung phone, the model year has not been determined; and 1 black iPhone X. All 3 phones had screen passwords set, so the owner information could not be determined.
Immediately after discovering the above property, Mr. Hieu directly went to Cat Hai Special Zone Police to hand over all 3 phones, asking functional agencies to receive, verify and find the owner to return.
Cat Hai Special Zone Police made a record of receiving the above property according to regulations, and at the same time carried out necessary procedures to find the lost person and return the property to the right owner.
