In 10 years (2015 - 2025) in charge of social work and Youth Union at Tien Giang University, he directly organized about 50 charity programs such as "Winter Volunteer", "Lighting up the dreams of Vietnamese youth", "Raising the steps to school"...

In the last 5 years alone, activities mobilized by him have mobilized more than 1.5 billion VND; awarded about 20,000 notebooks, 200 scholarships; built 3 Red Scarf houses and 3 charity houses worth more than 600 million VND.

During the 2024 drought and salinity season, the "Drops of Love" program co-organized by him awarded 2,000 20-liter water bottles and 200m3 of free domestic water to people in Tan Thanh commune (Go Cong Dong).

In addition, for many years, he has regularly maintained giving Tet and Mid-Autumn gifts to lonely and particularly difficult lives in the My Tho area from personal money and the joint efforts of friends.

Since 2018, he has participated in building a Project to open a Faculty of Cultural Studies, training 5 classes with about 150 students. His research always closely follows local practices, typically the initiative "Preserving the cultural values of Cai Be floating market" (2021), "Exploying the tourism potential of Bao Dinh canal" (2022), along with 4 reference books, Party history and more than 15 scientific articles, notably the publications "Sketching the face of Tien Giang province's folk culture" (2020) and "Research and compilation of the dictionary of place names of Tien Giang province" (2023).

Those persistent contributions have been recognized by many noble awards, such as: Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit (2019), title "Outstanding Young Teacher" at the Central level (2022), Certificate of Merit from the Central Propaganda Department (2023)... and now the Third-class Labor Medal. These are important milestones for teachers who dedicatedly sow knowledge and love in the Southern region to have more motivation to continue to sow more charity programs in the role of new lecturers of Dong Thap University.
