Quang Tri - Minh Hoa Commune Police force supports people to receive back the mistakenly transferred amount of 53.7 million VND.
On June 22, Minh Hoa Commune Police (Quang Tri province) said that they had just received a report from Mr. Dinh Tan Minh, residing in Residential Group 1, Minh Hoa commune, about accidentally transferring 53,700,000 VND from an Agribank account to an account at BIDV bank.
Immediately after receiving the information, Minh Hoa Commune Police verified, collected relevant documents and identified the account holder who received the money as Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quyet, currently residing in Lien Chau commune, Phu Tho province. The unit coordinated with Lien Chau Commune Police to clarify the case.
After being exchanged, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quyet voluntarily went to the police agency to hand over the entire amount of money. By 4 pm on the same day, after comparing and verifying, Minh Hoa Commune Police fully returned 53.7 million VND to Mr. Dinh Tan Minh.
