According to the Organizing Committee, the female labor force is one of the important factors in the sustainable development of businesses and the prosperity of society. However, many women do not have the conditions to access preventive medicine services and in-depth screening early due to their work and life being full of worries.

Therefore, taking care of and protecting the health of female workers, along with taking care of the material and spiritual life of workers, is always concerned by the Trade Union organization, considering it a key and consistent task. Through the program, it will contribute to further raising women's awareness of the importance of periodic health check-ups, proactively detecting and preventing occupational diseases and serious diseases. To help women protect themselves, maintain family happiness and effective production labor.
