New climate from the 14th Congress: A fulcrum of workers' confidence

In many enterprises, the content of the 14th Congress Resolution has been quickly of interest and researched by grassroots union officials to prepare for propaganda and dissemination work among union members and workers.

Decisions on socio-economic development in the 2026-2030 period, salary reform, and expansion of social welfare are of particular interest to workers and are expected to gradually improve their material and spiritual lives.

The 14th Congress set out major orientations for the new development stage of the country, creating a foundation for trade unions at all levels to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, meeting practical requirements.

From the perspective of the enterprise, Mr. Ngo Trong Hieu - Head of the Communications Department, Chairman of the Trade Union of An Phat Nong Trading Company Limited (Dong Thanh Ward) said that the spirit of the 14th Congress clearly requires the grassroots Trade Union in the coming time.

"Communication and digital transformation work needs to be identified as an important task. When information is conveyed promptly and accurately, workers will better understand the Party's policies and the State's laws and policies, thereby creating consensus in labor and production," Mr. Hieu shared.

According to Mr. Hieu, the application of information technology and digital platforms will help grassroots trade unions effectively reach union members, improve the quality of activities, and suit the modern management requirements of enterprises in the context of strong digital transformation.

From a management perspective, Ms. Le Nguyen Lan Anh - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee, Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation said that the success of the 14th Congress creates a political foundation for trade unions at all levels to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation.

According to Ms. Lan Anh, promoting the dissemination of the Resolution, improving the quality of representation, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights of workers will be the key tasks focused on after the Congress.

"The spirit of the 14th Congress is the basis for the Trade Unions at all levels to concretize into programs and action plans, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations," Ms. Lan Anh emphasized.

Immediately after the Congress, the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor determined to focus on directing all levels of Trade Unions to organize studying and implementing the Resolution according to an appropriate roadmap; at the same time, prepare emulation movements for good workers and creative workers.

With the new spirit from the 14th Congress, the team of Trade Union cadres, workers and laborers in Vinh Long province expect the Party's major policies to soon be concretized with practical policies, contributing to improving the lives of workers, promoting sustainable socio-economic development.
