The Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation alone organized 2 provincial-level dialogue conferences with the participation of more than 500 union members and workers from businesses and industrial parks in the area.

Mr. Tran Duc Quan - a worker working at Tang Loong Industrial Park - said that what workers feel most clearly is that the trade union organization is becoming closer, listening and accompanying. Through dialogues, workers have the opportunity to express their thoughts and aspirations and receive direct feedback from functional agencies as well as employers.

Not only stopping at receiving opinions, trade union levels also proactively coordinate with businesses to remove many obstacles related to regimes and policies, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
