The 3rd Uju Vina Company Limited Trade Union Congress, term 20252030
Phu Tho - On November 28, the Trade Union of Uju Vina Company Limited held its 3rd Congress, term 2025-2030.
Attending and directing the congress were Mr. Khong Son Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Phu Tho Provincial Federation of Labor; representatives of the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union; business leaders and 75 delegates who are union members and workers of the company.
During the past term, Uju Vina Trade Union has promoted its role as a representative, caring for the lives of workers through periodic dialogues, improving working conditions, visiting and supporting union members in difficult times.
Emulation movements associated with the task of production and business are maintained effectively, contributing to improving labor productivity and the working environment.
The 2025-2030 term congress identified the focus as improving the quality of collective bargaining, increasing union member welfare, developing new union members and promoting the application of digital transformation in union activities.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the 3rd term consisting of 7 comrades; and elected delegates to the 1st Phu Tho Provincial Trade Union Congress.
Uju Vina Trade Union aims to continue innovating the content and methods of operation, building harmonious - stable - progressive labor relations, contributing to promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.
