Dong Nai - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company Dinh Sy Phuc expects the Trade Union to continue to strongly focus on the grassroots level, taking workers as the center.
Attending the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union for the term 2026 - 2031, Mr. Dinh Sy Phuc - Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company, expressed his expectation that the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union will be a Congress of innovation, breakthrough and development.
Mr. Phuc believes that with the spirit of "Innovation - Democracy - Solidarity - Development", the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress will open a new stage of development, together with the country rising strongly in the era of integration and development.
At the same time, the Trade Union needs to pay more attention to improving professional skills and digital skills for workers, helping workers adapt to the digital transformation, automation and new requirements of the labor market.
Trade union activities need to continue to strongly focus on grassroots levels, taking workers as the center, practically caring for material, spiritual and cultural life, so that each union member can feel the companionship, sharing and protection from the Trade Union organization.
TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai City) has about 35,000 employees.
In the past 3 years, the grassroots Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company has implemented many practical care programs for union members and workers such as: the Loving Embrace Program and the Golden Heart Fund have created a support for many workers in particularly difficult circumstances, suffering from serious illnesses and relatives of union members; the "Trade Union Shelter" charity house construction program has donated 36 houses worth about 2 billion VND, helping many families settle down and stabilize their lives.
Emulation movements to promote production improvement initiatives are actively participated by a large number of workers with over 1,000 initiatives per month, helping the company improve in all aspects of production, bringing great financial benefits as well as working conditions, earning tens of billions of VND annually.
The 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union for the term 2026 - 2031 takes place from June 3 to June 5, 2026 at the National Convention Center (Hanoi). The Congress was attended by 780 outstanding delegates, representing the will, aspirations and intelligence of about 10 million trade union members nationwide.
