Truong Vinh Ward Trade Union directs the organization of a democratic conference at the beginning of 2026

On January 28, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Trade Union of Truong Vinh ward has issued a plan, guided and directed grassroots trade unions to closely coordinate with the government, heads of agencies and units to organize conferences of officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers in accordance with regulations.

According to the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, the organization of conferences for officials, civil servants, public employees, and laborers has been identified by the Truong Vinh Ward Trade Union as a key task right from the beginning of the year. On that basis, the trade union has requested units to prepare sufficient content, closely follow instructions, organize conferences in the correct order, time and ensure quality.

Records at units in the ward show that the democracy conference at the beginning of 2026 was implemented seriously and in accordance with regulations. At the conference, units focused on evaluating the results of implementing political and professional tasks and emulation movements in 2025; and at the same time discussed and agreed on directions, tasks and solutions for implementation in 2026.

The highlight in the conference organization process is the spirit of democracy, publicity, and transparency being clearly promoted. Workers are directly involved in contributing opinions and recommendations related to working conditions, regimes, policies, internal regulations, and regulations of agencies and units; expressing their thoughts, aspirations and proposing solutions to improve work efficiency and improve material and spiritual life.

In addition, the conferences also signed emulation agreements, passed resolutions of conferences of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and laborers; commended and rewarded collectives and individuals with typical achievements in 2025, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere right from the first days of the new year.

Through direction, guidance and supervision, the Trade Union of Truong Vinh ward continues to affirm its core role in coordinating the building of harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, contributing to the effective implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Regulation.
