Nghe An trains financial work for union officials at the commune and ward levels
Nghe An - The training course aims to improve the financial management capacity of grassroots union officials.
On January 17, Nghe An Labor Federation (LDLD) said that the unit had just organized a training conference on management and guidance on financial settlement of trade unions at the commune and ward levels in 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Chi Cong - Vice President of Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor emphasized the important role of trade union finance, and at the same time requested delegates to participate in serious training, fully absorb the content to effectively implement at the unit.
At the training course, delegates were instructed on financial management and settlement in 2025; practiced accounting and use of Commune and Ward Trade Union Finance software (VCS); at the same time, raised problems and difficulties in the implementation process and were specifically answered by the lecturer.
Through the training course, the financial management capacity of grassroots union cadres has been improved, contributing to ensuring publicity, transparency and efficiency in union activities.
