Ward trade unions in Da Nang train to participate in implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations

News from the An Hai Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City on December 28 said: in order to improve skills in protecting legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, the An Hai Ward Trade Union organized a training conference "Trade unions participate in implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations". The conference was attended by more than 100 officials of affiliated grassroots trade unions.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Do Duc Tinh, Chairman of the An Hai Ward Trade Union, emphasized that implementing democratic regulations at the grassroots level not only helps reduce labor disputes but is also the "key" for businesses to develop sustainably, creating a harmonious, stable and progressive environment.
