Da Nang - Hai Chau Ward Trade Union has implemented the 2026 Binh Ngo Tet plan with a total gift budget of up to 1 billion VND.

In the key plan towards the Lunar New Year 2026, the Standing Committee of the Hai Chau Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City identified caring for the lives of union members and workers as the top priority task.

Specifically, the Ward Union will give nearly 1,000 Tet gifts with a total value of 1 billion VND. To increase the choice and practical support for workers, the unit has deployed 1,900 "Union Tet Market" shopping vouchers (each voucher worth 100,000 VND) and 210 online shopping vouchers (each voucher worth 500,000 VND).

For union members and workers far from home, the Ward Union will have plans to support train and bus tickets to ensure that everyone can return home to celebrate the New Year. The leaders of the Ward Union will also directly visit and encourage businesses in the area on this occasion.

At the 4th quarter meeting of 2025, the Hai Chau ward union said that the labor relations situation in the ward is developing positively. Through close monitoring by the Ward Union, up to now, all enterprises have strictly complied with the payment of salaries and Tet bonuses to employees.

There have been no strikes or collective work stoppages in Hai Chau ward. This is the result of focusing on dialogue and strengthening measures to stabilize labor relations before, during and after Tet that the Ward Union has strongly directed.

In addition to taking care of Tet, Hai Chau Ward Trade Union also sets a key task of concretizing the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress at all levels for the 2025-2030 term into the practical action program for 2026.

Hai Chau Ward Trade Union said that in the coming time, the unit will resolutely direct the grassroots trade unions to coordinate with business owners to organize a Conference of workers to ensure democracy, in accordance with the procedures according to Decree 145/2020/ND-CP.

In particular, the Ward Union will focus on supporting grassroots trade unions in the business sector and non-public schools in negotiating and signing Collective Labor Agreements (CLAs). This is to protect sustainable rights and mobilize union members to fulfill their tasks well, contributing to the completion of local socio-economic goals in 2026.
