Vinh Long Labor Union focuses on taking care of Tet, comprehensively preparing for the 2026 task
Vinh Long - The Provincial Federation of Labor synchronously deploys inspections, year-end summaries, launches emulation and organizes many activities to care for union members during Tet.
According to the plan from December 22 to 28, the Vinh Long Provincial Federation of Labor (VFF) focuses on inspecting, summarizing the year, deploying tasks for 2026, taking care of Tet for union members and workers, associated with emulation movements and important political activities.
The Provincial Federation of Labor conducts inspections and supervision of compliance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union; collection, distribution, management and use of trade union finance and assets at 5 affiliated grassroots trade unions according to the set plan.
Along with that, the unit will allocate targets for union awards in 2025; direct and guide grassroots unions to summarize activities in 2025, and at the same time develop a union work program in 2026 that is close to reality and effective.
The Provincial Federation of Labor directs grassroots unions to coordinate in organizing conferences for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and workers' conferences in 2026; at the same time, launch a patriotic emulation movement among union members and workers in the whole province.
Many activities to celebrate the Party and celebrate spring have been implemented, focusing on the "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan An Dang 2026" program, associated with launching emulation to welcome major congresses and organizing visits and giving gifts to union members in difficult circumstances.
During the week, the Provincial Federation of Labor will also issue many important documents related to organizing "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan An Dang in 2026", occupational safety and hygiene, promoting celebrations, gender equality, allocating care subjects and reporting on the salary and bonus situation for Tet.
Notably, the Provincial Federation of Labor held an expanded Executive Committee Conference, focusing on summarizing activities in 2025, implementing the 2026 work program, collecting opinions on important drafts and perfecting regulations, assigning tasks for the new term.
