Thai Hoa Ward Labor Union trains AI for union members and workers
Nghe An - Thai Hoa Ward Union and Youth Union organize digital skills training, instructing union members and workers to apply AI to their daily work.
On December 25, Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation announced that the Standing Committee of Thai Hoa Ward Labor Union (Nghe An Province) coordinated with the Standing Committee of the Ward Youth Union to organize the Training Program " application of artificial intelligence (AI) for workers in 2025", aiming to improve digital skills and the ability to access new technology for union members and workers.
At the training session, union members and workers were introduced to an overview of artificial intelligence and current digital transformation trends. At the same time, they are guided and directly experience AI applications such as ChatGPT, Gemini in drafting documents, building work plans, searching, synthesizing information, designing content for propaganda and supporting daily work processing.
The program contributes to equipping workers with digital knowledge and skills, helping to improve their ability to adapt to the requirements of the digital age. At the same time, it affirms the accompanying role of the Trade Union organization in caring for and supporting union members and workers in comprehensive development.
