Uong Bi Ward Trade Union, Quang Ninh organizes training on digital transformation skills

Directly conveying the training content is the leader of the Department of Reception and Digitization of Documents, Handling of Administrative Procedures, Quang Ninh Provincial Public Administration Service Center.

The training was attended by Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, Executive Committee members of grassroots trade unions and a large number of union members and workers in the area.

At the conference, lecturers instructed on knowledge and skills on online records reception - processing, operations on the public service system, how to identify and overcome common errors in the process of digitizing administrative procedures.

The content is presented intuitively, closely following the practical needs of grassroots union officials.

Next, the conference listened to a quick report on the results of the 15th Quang Ninh Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030. Focus on the major goals, targets and key tasks of the Provincial Trade Union in the new term.

The conference was held to improve digital skills for cadres and union members; help grassroots trade unions become more proficient with online public service platforms, and promote the application of information technology in regular tasks.

This is also an activity to effectively implement Plan No. 09/CV-MTTQ-BTT dated August 30, 2025 of the Uong Bi Ward Fatherland Front Committee and Plan No. 04/KH-CDP dated August 25, 2025 of the Ward Union on promoting digital transformation in union activities, contributing to improving the quality of the staff at the grassroots level.
