Training on Trade Union financial operations for grassroots Trade Union officials

The Cua Nam Ward Trade Union successfully held the first Congress for the 2025-2030 term in October 2025, and at the same time deployed the Plan of the Hanoi City Labor Federation so that grassroots trade unions in the area could complete the Congress before December 15, 2025, towards the 18th City Trade Union Congress.

The task of organizing the Congress is that the work of the Trade Union's finances is identified as a special field and has a key meaning, so the Cua Nam Ward Trade Union organizes training for grassroots Trade Union officials in the area.

Unlike many other socio-political organizations, the Trade Union has a special source of income from union fees and the superior Trade Union fund allocated to grassroots trade unions. Therefore, making estimates, settlement records, as well as implementing financial management processes is always a difficult content, easily causing confusion for the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union, especially during the term change period.

Therefore, the training content focuses on the following topics: Management of issues arising in the process of implementing trade union finances; guidance on financial collection and expenditure; regulations on paying current trade union funds and fees; guidance on making estimates for 2026 and financial settlement in 2025.
