Through activities, the City Labor Federation hopes to equip the grassroots forces with knowledge to fight against and refute erroneous views; do a good job of providing information, grasping information from the grassroots, propagating and mobilizing workers to well implement the policies and guidelines of the Party, the State's laws and policies and the Vietnam Trade Union.
At the same time, take professional measures to prevent and resolve disputes, complaints, conflicts, and complicated incidents, especially for enterprises in high-tech parks, industrial parks, and units and enterprises with a large number of workers in the city.
It is known that the Da Nang City Labor Federation will organize 10 training courses for all key forces at the grassroots level in the city.
