More than 200 union officials were trained on organizing the Congress and financial work

In order to prepare well for the organization of the new term Congress, while improving the professional capacity of grassroots union cadres in the area, Phu Dien Ward Union and Xuan Dinh Ward Union jointly organize training on the organization of the 2025-2030 term grassroots union Congress and union financial operations.

More than 200 grassroots union officials were trained on the work of building political reports, review reports; preparing Executive Committee personnel; the process of organizing the Congress; principles of discussion and voting; requirements for solemnity, democracy, and compliance with the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

Regarding the content of Trade Union finances, Trade Union officials are given detailed instructions on regulations on financial management; principles of revenue and expenditure; methods of making estimates - finalizations; internal inspection procedures, as well as notes in the process of spending on movement activities.

At the training, union officials pointed out practical situations arising during the implementation of tasks at the grassroots level, such as inadequate settlement records, inconsistent revenue and expenditure processes...

All of these contents were analyzed in detail by the reporters, providing specific instructions and suggesting scientific organization methods, suitable for each unit's conditions.
