Ut Xi Company's Trade Union sets out 5 key tasks in the new term

On December 6, the Trade Union of Ut Xi Seafood Processing Joint Stock Company held its 8th Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

During the past term, the income and life of union members and workers (Union members, Laborers) were stable. Every year, the Executive Board of the Trade Union coordinates with the Company's Board of Directors to organize and effectively implement the Grassroots Democracy Regulations, organize employee conferences, and periodic dialogues at the workplace.

The Trade Union has coordinated with the Board of Directors to maintain good implementation of taking care of the material and spiritual lives of members and employees. The unit spends an average of 540,000 VND/person on mid-shift meals per month; Tet bonuses; organizes visits and supports union members when they are sick, pregnant, etc.

The work of mobilizing members and employees to contribute to the poor, the Trade Union Shelter Fund, supporting flood victims... has received attention. The emulation movement has changed positively, and union members and employees have enthusiastically responded.

The inspection, supervision and women's work has had many outstanding results. Since the beginning of the term, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union has always paid attention to developing the Trade Union and building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization.

Entering the new term, the Company's Trade Union has set out 5 key tasks including Representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees and employees; Propaganda and education to raise political, legal, and professional awareness; Organizing patriotic emulation movements; Developing employees, building a strong Trade Union organization; Digital transformation in Trade Union activities.

The Congress elected 5 comrades to the Executive Committee of the new term of the Trade Union; elected 1 official delegate and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 1st Congress of the Can Tho City Trade Union, term 2025 - 2030. Mr. Do Thanh Nhon was elected Chairman of the Trade Union of Ut Xi Seafood Processing Joint Stock Company for the 2025-2030 term.
