Groundbreaking ceremony for "Trade Union Home" for union members in difficult circumstances
HUE - Hue Trade Union supports 60 million VND to build "Trade Union Homes" for union members in difficult circumstances during Workers' Month 2026.
On May 6, Hue City Labor Federation coordinated with the grassroots trade union (CĐCS) of Hanesbrands Vietnam Hue Co., Ltd. to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the "Trade Union Shelter" house for union member Ho Thi Tuyet.
Attending were Mr. Le Thai Thanh Tai - Deputy Head of the Hue City Trade Union Affairs Committee and Ms. Le Hoang Kim Ngan - Chairwoman of the company's grassroots trade union.
The house was supported with 60 million VND from the "Trade Union Shelter" Fund, a fund contributed by union members and workers.
This is practical support, contributing to helping union member families stabilize their accommodation, feel secure in working, and overcome difficulties, especially during the rainy and storm season.
