An Phu Ward Trade Union, Gia Lai province said that in order to care for the spiritual life of workers, the Board of Directors coordinated with the Executive Committee of the Grassroots Trade Union of Hung Vuong Gia Lai Hospital to organize a series of summer sightseeing and vacation programs with the theme "Great forest touches the blue sea" in Quy Nhon and Phu Yen.

The program is for more than 700 officials, employees, doctors, nurses and employees of the hospital.

At Hung Vuong Gia Lai Hospital, collective labor agreements are not only legal documents but also concretized by many practical activities.

In which, the annual sightseeing and vacation program for officials and employees is one of the important welfare regimes agreed upon and implemented by the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union.

Due to the specific nature of the health sector, which is that medical examination, treatment and emergency care must be maintained continuously 24/7, the Organizing Committee has developed a flexible plan, dividing more than 700 officials and employees into 9 different tours.

This arrangement helps all employees fully enjoy their vacation benefits, while still ensuring smooth medical examination and treatment activities at the hospital.

Each tour has a member of the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union directly in charge of coordinating activities.

According to the Organizing Committee, the greatest value that the program brings is to strengthen the connection between collectives in the hospital. This is an opportunity for doctors, nurses and staff of departments and divisions to have the opportunity to exchange and share after days of working at high intensity.

Sharing during the trip, many Trade Union members expressed their emotions: "The specific nature of the medical industry is very stressful and busy. Arranging for more than 700 people to go on vacation but still ensuring the hospital operates continuously is a great effort of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union. We feel very warm and proud of our Trade Union organization.

The full implementation of welfare regimes according to the Collective Labor Agreement contributes to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

When workers are cared for both materially and spiritually, they will feel secure in their work and stick with it for a long time.
