Ward Trade Union presents gifts to children of union members
Hanoi - On June 20, Dong Da Ward Trade Union said it had given gifts to children of outstanding union members who overcame difficulties and achieved high results in their studies in the 2025-2026 school year.
Accordingly, the Dong Da Ward Trade Union commended and presented gifts to 15 students who are children of union members with outstanding achievements, overcoming difficulties and rising up in their studies in the 2025-2026 school year.
The gifts are meaningful words of encouragement, showing the recognition of the Trade Union organization for the efforts of the children as well as the companionship of union member families in caring for and educating their children.
In particular, not only giving gifts, the Ward Trade Union also organized "Summer Skills Training" with the theme "Beverage Making Skills - Cooling Summer" with direct guidance from lecturers of the Hanoi Women's Support and Development Vocational Training Center.
Through this, children learn about nutrition, food safety and hygiene, and practice making some simple, nutritious drinks suitable for summer.
According to Mr. Do Quang Chien - Vice Chairman of Dong Da Ward Trade Union, this is an activity organized to respond to the Action Month for Children in 2026, and also shows the care of the Trade Union organization for children of union members.
Giving gifts and organizing extra skills classes is also a way to commend and encourage students with excellent academic achievements, adding motivation for their children to continue striving in the following school years and for their parents to feel secure in their work.
