Nam Phuoc Trade Union supports workers to borrow billions of VND of preferential capital

Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, Da Nang has just coordinated with the CNVCLĐ Capital Assistance Fund of Da Nang City to disburse preferential interest rate loans for officials, civil servants, public employees, union members, and workers in Nam Phuoc and Thu Bon communes.

This time, 41 dossiers were disbursed with a loan amount of 30 million VND/dossier, total amount of 1.23 billion VND. The cases eligible for loans include union members and employees at the grassroots Trade Union of the My Son World Cultural Heritage Management Board, the grassroots Trade Union of Tam Tri Quang Nam General Hospital and officials, civil servants, public employees, and employees of Thu Bon and Nam Phuoc communes.

This is the 2nd disbursement for the expanded target group, in addition to union members and workers of grassroots trade unions. As a result, the total loan capital at preferential interest rates disbursed in 2026 through Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union has reached more than 2.3 billion VND.

The capital source is deployed with convenient procedures, preferential interest rates, and appropriate loan terms. The Trade Union coordinates to guide and monitor the use of capital to ensure the right subjects, the right purposes and promote efficiency.
