Focus on directing good care for union members during the 2025 Lunar New Year
The Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor focuses on directing Party committees at all levels to take good care of union members and workers during the 2025 Lunar New Year.
On October 17-10, in Hanoi, the 18th Conference of the Party Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, term XXVII, 2020-2025 took place. Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Party Committee Secretary, Head of the agency, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - chaired the conference.
At the conference, members of the Party Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor discussed and contributed opinions to the Report on the results of the first 9 months of the year, directions and key tasks for the last 3 months of 2024; Summary report of Plan No. 599 on organizing Party congresses at all levels, towards the 28th Congress of the Party Delegation of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, term 2025 - 2030; Submission to establish Steering Committees and subcommittees to serve Party Congresses at all levels in the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor for the 2025 - 2030 term.
In the first 9 months of 2024, the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and its affiliated Party committees will continue to closely follow the resolutions, directives, regulations and instructions of the Central and the Party Committees of the Bloc to concretize key tasks by promptly issuing working programs, inspection and supervision programs of Party committees and inspection committees in 2024; amending, supplementing and issuing new regulations and rules; summarizing and summarizing a number of Directives and Resolutions of the Central and Party Committees of the Bloc, focusing on the work of summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter from 2011-2024, summarizing the work of Party building for the 2020-2025 Congress term...
The Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has proactively coordinated with the Party Delegation of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in leading and directing agencies and units to strictly implement the directives and resolutions of the Party Committees at higher levels; Party building work; organization and staff work; study, disseminate and implement the directives and resolutions of the Central Committee and the Party Committee of the Bloc; propaganda work, mass mobilization work, leadership of organizations; care for union members and workers during Tet, Workers' Month... thereby creating consensus on the awareness and actions of cadres and party members in the entire Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
From now until the end of 2024, the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will continue to organize research, study, disseminate, propagate and effectively implement the directives and resolutions of the Party and the Party Committees of the Bloc; focus on directing Party committees at all levels to take good care of union members and workers during the Lunar New Year 2025.
Continue to direct Party committees at all levels to develop plans to organize Party congresses at all levels towards the 28th Congress of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, term 2025-2030; grasp the ideological situation of cadres, Party members, and workers related to internal political protection work, political and ideological work, the fight against erroneous and hostile views in cyberspace, and workers' security work.
Conduct inspections and supervision of a number of Party committees and Party cells according to programs and plans developed since the beginning of the year; direct and guide Party committees and Party committees to summarize the year, evaluate and classify Party organizations and Party members in 2024...
Previously, in order to better care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and workers during the Lunar New Year 2025, the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor issued a Plan to organize activities to care for union members and workers. With the theme "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Deng", the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor issued a Plan to organize activities to care for union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025 with the motto that all union members and workers have Tet.
