The average income of employees in 2024 is 42.58 million VND/person/month. In addition to salary, other allowances are built by PVCFC and are transparent to employees. The total allowance according to salary and shift allowance for employees in 2024 is on average 2,060,196 VND/month/person. There are many other allowances/subsidices (phone allowances, travel taxis, housing support, beauty care, birthdays, occupational safety and hygiene, etc.).
