More than 70 companies organize 2025 Trade Union Meals for Vinh Long workers

Sharing the warmth and attachment at each meal

The 2025 "Union Meal" program is not only a regular meal but also an opportunity for workers to feel the care and sharing from the Union organization.

Mr. Nguyen Phong Nha, a worker at Furukawa Automotive systems Vinh Long Co., Ltd., said that after more than 4 years of working with the company, he really sees the Union meal as a practical innovation, helping workers become more connected.

He emphasized that each meal is carefully prepared, ensuring hygiene, a diverse menu, creating a warm feeling like in the family.

"We feel cared for and cared for, not only in meals but also in many other welfare regimes. That motivates us to contribute and make more efforts, Mr. Nha shared.

Sharing the same feeling, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Phuong, a worker at Ty Xuan Company Limited, also said that today's meal was full and delicious, and most importantly, she felt the respect and care from the union and the enterprise.

Ms. Phuong expressed that thanks to this program, workers not only receive physical care but also feel their spirit is enhanced, creating excitement and confidence in a long-term working environment.

Bridge between workers and businesses

Mr. Nguyen Van Be Hai, Chairman of the Trade Union of furukawa Automotive systems Vinh Long Co., Ltd., said that the Trade Union Meal program has become a beautiful cultural feature, improving the health, spirit and connecting workers with businesses.

Mr. Be Hai emphasized that the grassroots trade union always listens to the opinions of workers to improve the quality of meals, ensure hygiene and safety and develop diverse menus, and pay attention to many other benefits to create a positive working environment.

Not only that, caring for the material and spiritual lives of workers also helps improve labor productivity, creating long-term satisfaction and attachment of the collective.

Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Chairman of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation said that in 2025, more than 73 companies will organize Union Meals for more than 96,000 union members, with a budget of over 4.8 billion VND.

Mr. Linh affirmed that the Union Meal program is one of the key activities, demonstrating the support of union organizations at all levels.

" Meals are not only a practical care but also a bridge between workers and businesses, contributing to building harmonious, stable, progressive labor relations and creating trust and long-term attachment between the parties," Mr. Linh emphasized this content.
