Workers' Month activities are truly oriented towards the grassroots
The month of workers and the month of action on occupational safety and sanitation takes place with the message of the whole society to join hands for union members and workers (DV, employees). Thousands of units and employees in difficult circumstances; Unfortunately, labor accidents have been supported by trade unions. In Hanoi, the leader of the City Labor Federation directly came to the family and workshops to visit, encourage and give support to the DV, employees, showing the sincere and profound interest of the union for the army and employees.
In particular, there are units and industry unions that directly direct grassroots unions to organize activities for union members and employees. For example, the Hanoi Textile and Garment Trade Union directed the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Truong Xuan Shoes Company Limited to organize the Admission Ceremony for the Trade Union Membership Class in May; Thanking employees and disseminating legal advice to members and employees.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Hoang Thanh Son - Chairman of Hanoi Textile and Garment Union; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam - Director of the Company and leaders of the Board of Directors, leaders of departments, departments, workshops and 100 union members and workers of the company. 57 new union members were admitted and received a trade union member card, which was very touched by the Union President and the business leader. Many new union members shared that they cherished the moment of joining trade unions for feeling the attention of both superior trade unions and business leaders. Because of that, each union member is proud and realized that his responsibility for trade unions, for businesses, from which to continue propagating and mobilizing other workers to voluntarily participate in trade unions.
With the close direction of the Hanoi Textile and Garment Trade Union in the spirit of focusing on the grassroots, after the Admission Ceremony for the Trade Union Membership Class in May, a propaganda session on legal advice on labor discipline, material responsibility stipulated in the Labor Code 2019 and guiding documents for implementation for grassroots trade unions, union members and workers took place.
The organization of 3 events towards workers and serving workers at the place where they work has continued to build the trust of union members who believe in the leadership of the Trade Union organization.
