At the program, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, highly appreciated the results and efforts that Hung Son commune and Kim Boi district, Hoa Binh province have achieved in recent years.

The total number of people with meritorious services receiving regular allowances is 39 people; the number of social protection beneficiaries receiving allowances is 338 people.
