16,000 New Year's gifts for union members and workers in Hai Phong City
Hai Phong - The City Labor Federation has just issued a plan to give gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances on the occasion of the 2026 New Year.
Accordingly, the City Labor Federation presented 16,000 gifts, each worth VND 1,000,000 (including VND 500,000 in cash and a gift bag worth VND 500,000 to workers on the occasion of New Year 2026. The funding source is from the budget of the City Labor Federation.
The cases receiving gifts include union members and workers in difficult circumstances in one of the following cases: union members who are single mothers raising young children who are sick or ill; themselves (or their spouses, children) suffering from serious illnesses; themselves having work accidents, occupational diseases, natural disasters, floods, fires... Union members with low income, lack of jobs in 2025; union members in other difficult circumstances.
The gift giving period is from now until January 30, 2026. The program aims to practically care for and support union members and workers on the occasion of the New Year 2026; promptly encourage and help union members and workers in difficult circumstances, suffering from serious illnesses, work accidents, affected by natural disasters, natural disasters... to stabilize their lives and activities to welcome the new year 2026 with joy, excitement, safety and health. The gift giving is guaranteed to the right subjects and directly to union members and workers.
